At The Source Café, our mission is to redefine what it means to eat well proving that food made with integrity, intention, and purpose can also be full of flavor, creativity, and joy.
As two chefs and lifelong students of health, we built The Source out of a personal need to heal our own bodies and to create a place where others could do the same. We’re passionate about real food that fuels energy, supports longevity, and helps people feel alive in their bodies.
Everything we make is from scratch, using organic, seed-oil-free ingredients and sourced with integrity. We’re proud to offer options for every way of eating from gluten-free to vegan to paleo to protein packed, so that everyone can find something that nourishes them.
We believe food should invigorate not slow you down. It should taste incredible, make you feel strong, and remind you that taking care of yourself doesn’t mean giving anything up.

Amber is a passionate advocate for food that heals from the inside out. Known for her vibrant, nourishing creations, she blends culinary artistry with holistic nutrition to craft dishes that inspire balance and joy. Through her leadership, teaching, and her own story of food freedom, Amber helps others reconnect to their bodies through mindful nourishment and real, wholesome food.
Cindy Van Pelt
Pastry Chef & Co-Founder
Cindy brings creativity, precision, and heart to The Source Café’s signature treats. With a background in pastry and a deep passion for wellness, she’s redefined what indulgence can be — sweet, satisfying, and made with integrity. She leads with the belief that dessert can nourish both body and spirit, without compromise. Cindy also heads the vision and growth of SweetRise, our evolving gluten-free bakery brand.
