Gluten Free - Organic 

 

flour (garbanzo, potato, sorghum, & fava blend), evaporated cane juice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, salt

 

Combine dry mix with 2 eggs, 1/3 cup pure olive oil (or other light-flavored oil of choice), 1/4 cup water, and 3/4 cup pumpkin puree. Bake in oiled loaf pan at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, rotate pan halfway through and bake time. Bread should spring back to the touch when done. Enjoy!
