Ingredients:
Flour (garbanzo, potato, sorghum, & fava blend), evaporated cane juice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, salt
Directions:
Combine dry mix with 2 eggs, 1⁄3 cup pure olive oil (or other light-flavored oil of choice), 1⁄4 cup water, and 3⁄4 cup pumpkin puree. Bake in an oiled loaf pan at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through the bake time.
Bread should spring back to the touch when done. Enjoy!
